- The QR code can only be scanned once. Do not delete the eSIM after installation, as it cannot be reinstalled using the same QR code.
- No returns or refunds are available after the QR code has been issued.
- An internet connection is required during eSIM installation.
- The plan is valid for 30 days. Plan tracking follows the provider’s UTC+2 time zone.
- After the selected 20GB, 50GB or 100GB quota is fully used, the connection speed will be reduced to 128kbps.
- Real-name authentication may be required if the eSIM remains active beyond the initial 30-day period.
- Complimentary call minutes apply to international calls. Additional calls beyond the included quota are not supported.
- For additional calls, use internet-based apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime Audio or Telegram. Note that some VoIP calling services may be restricted on local networks in the UAE.

How to Install Your UAE eSIM

What happens after I finish my data?
Your connection will not be completely disconnected. After the total high-speed data quota is used, the speed will be reduced to 128kbps for basic connectivity and text messaging.
Can I share my connection through hotspot?
Hotspot and tethering are generally supported. Availability may vary depending on your phone model, settings and the local partner network.
